So easy! and so quick! in 30 minutes you are done with super delicious brownies. The texture is soft and gooey, the top is so creamy, I also love the hazelnuts, it makes everything even more delicious.

2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup rye flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
a cup of water
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
for the healthy chocolate frosting:
2 ripe bananas
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
a tsp of vanilla extract

total time: 30 minutes

Start by preheating the oven to 180ºC.
In a food processor pour the ripe bananas, coconut oil, flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking soda, salt and water and mix until you have a nice consistency.
In a bowl, mix the dough that we just made with the chopped hazelnuts.
Cover with baking paper a small squared mold and pour the dough, cook at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
To make this delicious and healthy chocolate frosting, simply add the bananas, cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a food processor and mix until creamy, it must be really creamy, if you find it a bit hard add a bit of water, then keep it in the fridge.
Once the chocolate brownies are ready, add a layer of frosting and enjoy!
