VALENTINE’S DARK RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE HEARTS

First of all I love how these chocolates look, they are gorgeous and I love the fact that I am having fresh fruit in them. They are so easy to make, with just 3 ingredients you are done, is a perfect DIY gift.

These valentine´s dark raspberry chocolate hearts are sweet, fresh and rich. They taste like chocolate but when you bite them you really feel the freshness of the raspberry, I could eat tons of valentine´s dark raspberry chocolate hearts!

INGREDIENTS:


50 g dark chocolate

40 g cacao butter

15 raspberries


total time:  45 minutes

serving size:  15 chocolates

METHOD:


In a silicon mold, add one raspberry per chocolate.

Melt the chocolate with the cacao butter.

Add the melted chocolate and cacao butter to the silicon mold and cool it in the fridge for half an hour.
