TURMERIC, GINGER, LEMON SHOT

Recently I am having every morning on empty stomach this non alcoholic turmeric, ginger, lemon shot, is made just simply by juicing turmeric, ginger and lemon. I am having it when I am feeling a bit down, if I need extra energy, when I want to detoxify my body or after exercise.

The taste of this turmeric, ginger, lemon shot is really strong, so I am having the turmeric, ginger, lemon shot and after that I am having a large glass of water.

a small size of ginger

a small size of turmeric

1/2 lemon

a pinch of black pepper


total time: 10 minutes

serving size: 1 serve

 

METHOD:


In a cold press juicer, add the ginger, then the turmeric and finish with the lemon, mix it with black pepper. Drink it at once and have water on hand because it is really strong, you may want to drink some water have the turmeric, ginger lemon shoot.
