INGREDIENTS:

2 & 1/2 cups cashews

a tbsp spirulina powder

3 tbsp vegan protein powder

3 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup grated coconut

preparation time: 10 minutes

total time: 10 minutes

serving size: 14 serves

METHOD:

In a food processor add the cashews, blend for 2 minutes, then add the spirulina, protein powder and blend a bit more for a minute.

Now, time to add the wet ingredients, peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup, blend until the consistency blends together nicely and the dough is sticky.

You’ll make about 14 balls, once the spirulina protein balls are ready, roll each of the balls into the grated coconut.

You can keep then into a air tight container for a week.

Thank you! Last night I prepared this delish protein balls. My mom and I enjoyed the process. I’ll be eating them post-workout. The only thing I will tweak next time is to reduce the coconut oil amount. Let you know if the results are still good 🙂
