I really love pasta, so easy and delicious. This spicy vegetable pasta is filled with flavors thanks to the smoked paprika, chili flakes and delicious sautéed veggies.

This spicy vegetable pasta will make the perfect lunch, it will keep you with energy the whole day, it is full-filling and full of goodness, the sauce is creamy and spicy, love it!



500g pasta

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 chopped red onion

300g sliced mushrooms

2 cups sliced cherry tomatos

a tsp paprika

a tsp Himalayan salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

a tsp herbs de provence

350g tomate sauce

a tbsp maple syrup

preparation time: 10 minutes

total time: 30 minutes

serving size: 4


Start by cooking the pasta, following the product instructions.

In a large pan, add the olive oil and red onion, cook at high temperature until the onion is soft.

Then add the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper and herbs de provence, cook for 7 minutes until soft.

Follow by adding the tomato sauce and maple syrup, add the pasta too and cook for 10 minutes at low heat so the pasta will get all the flavor from the yummy veggies.
