Today I want to share with you this delicious pistachio chocolate bar recipe, really easy to make and healthy too! Is a go to for me, just perfect to have after dinner.


I love dark chocolate but as I know that some of you enjoy as well chocolate with milk, I decided to prepare this vegan alternative made with almond milk, the flavour is not so stronger as the one made just with dark chocolate.

This pistachio chocolate bar is a great option to the chocolates with milk, you can make lots of different types of chocolate bars just playing around with different nuts and fruits.

I added pistachios to make this pistachio chocolate bar but you could add for example raspberries as well.

200 g dark chocolate

1/4 cup almond milk

a pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup crushed pistachios


total time: 15 minutes

serving size: 4 serves


To make this delicious pistachio chocolate bar recipe, we´ll start by melting the chocolate.

Once we have our chocolate melted we´ll mix it quickly with the salt, the maple syrup and the almond milk.

It is important to mix it quickly otherwise it will solidify.

Pour the mix in a mold or baking paper, then add some crushed pistachios and leave it in the fridge for around 1 hour to solidify.


Once the pistachio chocolate bar is ready, cut it into pieces and enjoy! 😉
