HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS*

I love hummus, it goes amazingly well with almost everything.

I´ve been eating this hummus for the last 2 months, it is absolutely perfect! so I decided it is time to share with you!

I love how creamy, rich, savory and smooth it is, you can play with more flavors and add some avocado or even some beetroot.

I particularly enjoy having this hummus with salad and falafel or with some roasted vegetables, It tastes delicious!

I enjoy the spicy of this hummus, I like to make it on the weekend and have a bowl in the fridge, it is such a nice sauce to have it in the fridge, is goes incredibly well with almost everything.

In addition to protein and fiber, the chickpeas used in hummus are high in iron, folate, phosphorus, and B vitamins (all especially important for vegetarians and vegans who may be lacking in these nutrients), this recipe is naturally healthy as it is as well dairy and gluten free.
