I am collaborating with Almond Breeze Spain to create this delicious gingerbread oatmeal smoothie, I like to use this almond milk as the flavor goes really well with the rest of the ingredients of this gingerbread oatmeal smoothie.
Oats are great in smoothies because not only do they work wonders on the creaminess side, but they add a little bit of extra fibre and protein to help keep you fuller longer. I just hate the feeling of feeling hungry 20 minutes later after finish my snack.
I just love the idea of drinking gingerbread cookies. I hope you like it too!
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
a pinch of pepper
2 tbsp molasses
3 pitted dates
Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth nice consistency. Enjoy!
