Happy Wednesday! Almost mid of the week, here I am coming with some delicious meal recipes. This time I am sharing this delicious garlic mushrooms with pasta and coriander.
I really enjoyed to use this thick pasta, the garlic flavor with mushrooms is one of my favorites combinations at all times, so delicious and the end result is super creamy and savory.
250g thick pasta
3 garlic cloves
250g chestnut mushrooms
some fresh coriander
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/2 tsp ground pepper
a tbsp olive oil
preparation time: 15 minutes
total time: 20 minutes
serving size: 3 serves
Let’s start by boiling some water!
Cook the pasta following the instructions.
Chop the garlic cloves and cook them in a pan with a tsp of olive oil until golden.
Then add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until golden.
Once the pasta is cooked, mix the pasta with the mushrooms and sauté for a minutes or so, add some salt and ground pepper.
To serve, top the pasta with some coriander and chopped cashews, delicious!
