I love this coconut mango smoothie bowl, in summertime I enjoy experimenting with different smoothie bowls for breakfast, I love smoothies but to me, it isn´t enough just a drinkable smoothie for breakfast so I prefer to add some fruit on top or even granola.
For this recipe, coconut mango smoothie bowl, I am topping it with some cherries, coconut chips and this lovely kiwi flowers. I love how silky this smoothie is, it works amazing with the coconut meat, very tropical flavours. Really delicious!
1/2 coconut meat
1 tsp maca powder
1/3 cup coconut chips
6 slices of kiwi, I made the floral shape using a biscuit cutter
total time: 10 minutes
serving size: 2 serves
To make this delicious coconut mango smoothie bowl, in a blender, pour the mangos, banana, coconut meat and maca powder, blend until you get a smooth consistency, serve in 2 bowls.
Top it all with cherries, coconut chips and kiwi. I hope you like it!
