This recipe is really special to me, since is one of my first vegan recipes. The flavour is incredibly similar to the classic hummus, but it doesn’t have any chickpeas which is great as an alternative to some people that doesn’t want to use chickpeas or just wants to make a raw hummus recipe.
If you like classic hummus as much as I do you will love this recipe, so simple but so delicious!
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of tahini
1 garlic clove
A pinch of Himalaya salt
A pinch of cumin
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 1 cup
1 Pour all the ingredients in a food processor and blend it until you get a smooth consistency, as the size of the courgettes may vary from mines just make sure that you get the consistency that you like, if you want to make it a bitter thicker just add more tahini. I am sure that you will love this recipe!
If you keep it in an airtight container in the fridge it will lasts three days. Bon appetite!
