As you may probably now, I love healthy and easier recipes like this beetroot latte recipe, as coffee lover, sometimes I just need to have a break from coffee, just to detoxify.
And chatting about detoxifying, beetroots are amazing doing that, beetroots also will help you to have more energy through your working day and also providing Vitamin A, Calcium and Vitamin C.
Beetroot latte is a perfect option to me, it has vitamins coming from the beetroot juice and is a delicious alternative to the coffee, easy to prepare, plus is autumn time, so perfect!
I find that this beetroot latte works really well too to have it in the afternoon or even at night time, sometimes around 7 pm I am up for a coffee but even the decaf ones keep me from sleep. This beetroot latte alternative to the decafs, works really well from me.
The flavor is sweet because of the maple and of course you can taste the beetroot juice in there, it isn´t a strong flavor at all because of the almond milk.

2/3 cup of beetroot juice (made from a big beetroot size)
a cup of almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
preparation time: 15 minutes
total time: 15 minutes
serving size: 2 serves
Start by pouring 1/3 cup in each glass or cup where you´ll make your beetroot latte, of course it is up to your preferences to add more beetroot juice or less, I just decided to add like a shot size in each of the lattes.
The next step is to warm up the milk, then just pour the milk in each of the beetroot lattes and add maple syrup.
You could add some cinnamon too, it is delicious.
