Hi there! I hope you are having a great week, today I want to share with you this banana smoothie bowl.

A couple of days ago I decided that I wanted to have a banana smoothie for breakfast but then it turn out as a banana smoothie bowl, let´s say that I was a bit hungry 🙂

Smoothie bowls are perfect for those mornings when your appetite calls for something a little more filling.

I hope you like it!





2 bananas

2 dates

1 tsp vegan protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup blueberries

2 tbsp of hemp seeds

some dark chocolate

total time: 10 minutes

serving size: 2 serves


In a blender mix the bananas, dates, the protein powder and cinnamon.

Top it with seeds, blueberries and chocolate!! – So yum!
