This is just perfection in a jar, this almond butter recipe is so simple yet so delicious, if you love almond butter and ginger, you´ll love this recipe, it is perfect to have with fresh fruit, with bread, cereal or just by itself, so delicious!
3 cups of almonds
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 to 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt – I like really salty so I would add 1 tsp, if you don´t like as much just add 3/4 tsp.
Start by preheating the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper, then place 3 cups of almonds on the oven tray, roast the almonds for 5 to 10 minutes until golden.
Once the almonds are golden pour them in a blender or food processor and blend them for 5 minutes until you get the butter.
Add the agave, ginger, cinnamon and Himalayan salt to the butter and blend all the ingredients for another minute. Keep the almond butter in a jar.
